Mr. Colella use to be President and Director of Investigations of Colella Investigation Services, Inc. He has over twelve years of experience in the security and investigative fields. At the age of twenty-three, Mr. Colella served as the Vice-President of a detective agency where he grew to be a valuable asset to the company. Mr. Colella also holds a Masters Degree in criminal justice. Mr. Colella is no longer a private detective. He allocates all his time now to making Limos Without Limits, Ltd. one of the biggest and most prestigious limousine companies in the state.

While with three of Chicago land's major department stores, Mr. Colella lead the security department in the detection and apprehension of both internal and external shoplifters with the greatest number of apprehensions. For this achievement, Mr. Colella has received various certificates of commendation. Furthermore, Mr. Colella has worked closely with both state and federal law enforcement agencies on retail fraud investigations.

For a number of years, Mr. Colella has worked as an investigator and as a legal assistant for an attorney specializing in the area of criminal law where he coordinated both criminal and civil investigations, interviewed witnesses, conducted legal research, assisted in preliminary hearing representations, and located missing witnesses and persons. Due to the experience of this job, Mr. Colella has attained a vast array of knowledge of Illinois' law and statutes.

Mr. Colella is certified in a wide variety of areas. He is certified through Wicklander-Zulawski & Associates and the State of Illinois Law Enforcement Training and Standards Board in the Reid Method of Criminal Interviews and Interrogation. In addition to these certifications, Mr. Colella is also certified by Wicklander-Zulawski & Associates in Interview and Interrogation Techniques within the retail industry. Mr. Colella is also a certified Counter Intelligence Specialist. Through the National Rifle Association he was certified as a pistol, shotgun, home firearm safety and personal protection instructor. While Mr. Colella was a private detective, he was also approved and certified as an instructor through the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation to teach the 20 hour firearms training course. Through PPCT Management Systems, Inc. he is certified as an instructor for pressure point control and defense tactics. Mr. Colella also completed the Illinois 20 hour security officer training and the Illinois 20 hour firearm's training where he received an "expert" rating for firearms qualification. Furthermore, Mr. Colella is trained and certified in Monadnock PR-24 defensive police baton and is also certified in A.S.P. tactical police baton. Mr. Colella also knows CPR and first aid and is certified in both.

Mr. Colella was a member of the American Society of Industrial Security and the Illinois Association of Chiefs of Police and the National Association of Investigative Specialists. He is also a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association.

Mr. Colella has attended numerous security and investigative seminars including, but not limited to, "Physical Security Assessments," "Bomb Threat Procedures," "Techniques of Crime Scene Investigations," and "Stress Management." Mr. Colella has also conducted workplace violence seminars, where he was one of the speakers on the topic.

Mr. Colella is bilingual in Italian and he also holds a first degree black belt in the martial art of Aikido.
