- We monitor your arriving flight in order
to anticipate your call within 30 minutes
of your touchdown time (or 45 minutes for
international arrivals). If you are
delayed more than these times, please call
to let us know you're at the airport but still
need to claim your luggage (or whatever might
delay your availability for pickup).

dispatcher know what exit door you are near.
In the event of a delay in claiming luggage,
please call to assure us you've arrived, then
call again after all bags are claimed (and/or
you file a claim).
- The dispatcher will then provide your driver's
name, vehicle description and license number,
then promptly notify your chauffeur to proceed
to your location.
Your chauffeur will meet you
on the lower level...you need to be on the
safety island between the first and second
lanes of traffic.
Our normal pick up time is within
8-12 minutes of your phone call, depending
on airport congestion (the chauffeur will
be waiting in or near the staging area according
to airport procedures).

if my arriving flight is delayed?
- If you are delayed at your departure city
more than an hour, please call just to assure
us you are on the original flight (or to
let us know of a flight number change).

at the airport when you do arrive.

are allowed beyond security. Therefore
we can no longer offer gate meet service.

glad to provide additional VIP service
